The honeycomb cardboard production line consists of two parts. The first part is the unit that manufactures honeycomb hexagonal structure paper cores, which belongs to the previous process, and the quality, specifications and shape of the paper are the basis of honeycomb products.

The second part is the unit of the paper core with upper and lower composite paperboard, which belongs to the post-processing process, and the quality and level of post-processing are important links to ensure the quality of honeycomb products.

The whole production process of honeycomb paperboard is: making paper core, gluing, stretching, compounding, compacting, cutting strips, splicing, heating and drying, vertical and horizontal cutting, special treatment such as brushing treatment, exhaust treatment, increasing contact surface treatment, etc.
